Adhering to the principle of “the more ethnic, the more global,” this event also aligns with the construction goals of the international free trade port on Hainan Island. The 2024 Hainan Rural Art Festival and the second Artists’ Spring Festival Gala, jointly organized by the Hainan Artists Promotion Association and the Special Zone Digest Newspaper, kicked off on the dreamlike large lawn of the Hainan Tropical Botanical Garden. President Gu Jian, Editor-in-Chief Wu Mian, and Honorary President Zeng Ying delivered speeches, marking the beginning of this grand event.

Following this, the Tu Jia ethnic dance “Pastoral Song” from the Haibin New District outlined a cheerful scene of production and life, immersing the audience in a vivid painting.
